Beautifully Aging Girlfriends is a social events planning service that facilitates an active lifestyle of self-love, age positivity, friendships, health & wellness, group socials and volunteer opportunities for women ages 50 and over through carefully planned, organized and hosted events, activities and philanthropy. BAGS provides a website with a calendar of events created by an eclectic group Event Organizers that are also BAGS members! They organize a variety of events to meet the different needs and interests of its members. You will find you have your own personal social concierge where all you have to do is sign up and show up! Members also enjoy the ability to organize their own small events and other social clubs like book clubs and game clubs! Members can also list their business or service in the Business Directory. 4. You will always be greeted & welcomed by a BAGS Hostess at every BAGS created event, relieving the anxiety of meeting strangers. You will feel welcome, safe and at home. The connections and friendships being made in this group are unsurpassed! Although BAGS is a women's group, some events allow spouses or significant others (aka Baggage) to attend. You don't always have to leave your partner at home and have all the fun, and they will make new friends too!
5. You will enjoy BAGS group discounts at many of our events. As we continue to make our mark in the community, we are starting to enjoy group discounts at local businesses.
6. As a result, members add to their quality of life and that of other members. We have a common goal of empowering, supporting and uplifting each other. We are having fun living life! We no longer have to go it alone when we feel like getting out. Our lives are full of meaning and purpose and we look forward to doing fun things that make life more rewarding.
